These are the rules for using TruckerProfits. Written in plain English wherever possible.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using TruckerProfits ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These terms apply to all users including free-tier users and paid subscribers.
2. The Service
TruckerProfits is a load scoring tool that helps truck drivers estimate the profitability of a freight load. The App calculates estimated net profit, cost per mile, and a suggested verdict (Take It / Borderline / Pass) based on data you provide and industry-standard estimates for fuel prices and tolls. Results are estimates only — not guarantees of actual profit or loss.
3. No Financial Advice
TruckerProfits does not provide financial, legal, or business advice. All calculations are based on inputs you provide and may not reflect your actual costs. You are solely responsible for all load decisions you make. TruckerProfits, Fleet United LLC, and its creators are not liable for any business decisions made based on App output.
4. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others without authorization. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
5. Free Tier & Subscriptions
TruckerProfits offers a free tier with advertising and a paid subscription that removes ads and unlocks additional features. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months unless required by applicable law. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (b) use the App for any illegal purpose; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (d) upload malicious code or interfere with the App's operation; (e) scrape or harvest data from the App; (f) resell or sublicense access to the App without written permission.
7. Intellectual Property
TruckerProfits and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Fleet United LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
8. Data & Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at truckerprofits.com/privacy. By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. FUEL PRICES, TOLL ESTIMATES, AND OTHER DATA ARE APPROXIMATIONS AND MAY NOT REFLECT CURRENT MARKET CONDITIONS.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLEET UNITED LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Illinois.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
